Preheat the oven to 180–200 °C (350–390 °F).

Remove the osso buco from the packaging and place in an oven-safe tray.

Heat for 25–30 minutes until the meat is fully cooked and the sauce bubbles.

Let rest a few minutes before serving. Optional: serve with mashed potatoes, polenta, or roasted vegetables.
